- The above fees include heating (when appropriate), bedding, toys, food and treats.
- You are welcome to provide your own food but there will be no reduction in the above fees.

Check in time is Monday to Saturday 09.00 -13.00 and 14.00 -17.00. Sundays & Bank Holidays 09.00 - 13.00.
Please let us know when you plan to arrive as we may not have kennels available early in the day during really busy periods. - No charge will be made for the day of check-out so long as the animal is collected before 13.00. Collections after 13.00 will be charged at the full next night rate.
- If your dog is on a raw diet, and you supply it, we can store and feed that at £1 per dog per day extra.
- There is an additional fee of 20% per dog for peak times including all of July & August, from 24th December to 2nd January and all school holidays. There is also an additional Christmas Day, Boxing Day , New Years Eve & New Years Day supplement charge per dog in addition to the peak time charge.
- All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit. If the booking is cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice then it is non-refundable. If more than 2 weeks notice is given of cancellation then half of the deposit will be refunded.
Tiddles spent a week at Lapford Cattery. The cattery was very clean and the pen was spacious and warm. Competitive price. We wouldn't hesitate to use this cattery again.

Barney has stayed for the odd night and for 10 nights when we went on holiday and came home as happy as he always is. The kennels are clean and there is an outside exercise area where the dogs are individually let out for exercise.
